Value for money

I like the location and the space of the unit itself. The host, Sir Eric is very accommodating. No problem on parking.

They don't have hair dryer and flat iron...also the beddings, the blanket were used and pillows does not have pillow case.

Amazing location

It's so close to the Mall of Asia, food & restaurants. Amazing view from the balcony at night.

The unit has seen better days. Found a few cockcroches but didn't bother me much. Ants will be there in seconds if you leave food on the table.

Good place to stay but only cockroach should be eliminated

Location are okay and easy to access the mall. Convenient and near to airport

Pillows is not that good, towel for shower were not supplied well and cockroaches were seen inside the unit which is not good :((

It accommodated us well and it was not that pricey so I am fine with our over all stay there.

It's safe. The place was accessible to anywhere.

Improve the cleanliness. There were still cooked rice in the rice cooker from the previous guest when we arrived.

An honest review

Location. Just walking distance to MOA. The owner of the property is very accommodating to give me the room i wanted - the room with the view of SM MOA. Everything that we need was there, ref, ac, hot and cold shower, rice cooker , water kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils. Tv with netflix. Alfamart at the ground floor .

-smelly drain in the bathroom. The whole time of our stay the drain was covered with a plunger. -dirty shower curtain - smelly bedsheet, pillowcases. I doubt if they were changed before we checked in. - the bankets .. i cant describe it much to my dismay. They look rags. - the sofabed cover still has stains from previous tenants If only they have a washing machine and a dryer, i would wash the bedsheets and all the other stuff for free.

Very convenient if you're staying over for a concert

It was really near the moa arena and very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in. Loved the hot shower. The wifi was also stable.

There was a bit of a foul smell from the bathroom, probably from the drainage. Maybe upgrade the tv as well
